The resident finch species here is Oriental Greenfinch, which is shy but fond of singing. What is new to me is the sighting of juvenile Oriental Reed Warbler.

Hi Shui, thanks for your comment. There were Oriental Greenfinches in the same spot as these 2. No Oriental Reed Warblers in N Hokkaido though.
