The last photos of the Crossbills at Oshamanbe, these are from the start of last week.
My favourite bird species and I never tire of them (you may have noticed).
These ones were especially tame and I had my 500mm lens with me too.

I noticed…Crossbills are very handsome !
They all seem to have gone now sadly.
