2 very dark rainy days have just passed and we spent an hour or so each day looking for passage waders in the rice padis. Not a single one except for a couple of Little Ringed Plovers (which breed there anyway).
The only noteworthy species was the above Intermediate Egret which was right by the side of the road.
Well, noteworthy AND you got a shot !
I took a burst of 3 shots of the egret and that was all that day: didn’t take long to download and sort that batch!
