There was a flock of about 30 or so Bohemian Waxwing in town today.
Terrible light and crappy backgrounds though.
They usually don’t arrive until mid to late January (in the years they do come)…

Now then Stuart, you may recall an English expression ‘moaned to be hung’…..complaining about the light conditions and background yet producing such Waxwing images most would die to achieve…..
and note you have been using your 400 lens = heavier? So your shoulder is improving?
