You have plenty of exotic Starlings to compensate!
Famous for the Starling ‘murmurations’ here in the UK but as individuals have stunning colours and markings especially when the sunlight reflects their irrodesence…
I remember big flocks of them over Preston Bus Station at dusk. We don’t get to see them in their shiny summer plumage here sadly………….
